This unique positioning delivers a cake you can have and eat too - so close you can walk back to Zephyr for a quick bite before heading back to the beach, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet without any noise from Ocean Blvd. traffic and pedestrians.
Updated Modern Style: Zephyr is a 3BR, 2BA beach house located at 207 Xanadu Place. This is the fifth house from the beach within the exclusive Jupiter shorefront community of Xanadu, where an older home in the 600 block recently sold just shy of $2 million. In 1978, the home was built in the Key West style that adorns much of coastal Jupiter. In 1995, it was renovated with new wood cabinetry and matching wallboards in foyer and family room. In 2021, Zephyr completed a wall-to-wall renovation/remediation. Installed were sub-surface padded "wood" floors, state-of-the-art entertainment and communications systems, a Ralph Lauren Home solid mahogany furniture suite in the commodious MBR, a cutting edge multi-media kitchen, and luxury Baldwin and/or eufy Security remote-controlled door fixtures/locks in every interior and exterior door. Every mattress in the home is luxury-rated and new as of summer 2021. A new, $60,000 slate blue Dynamic Metals 1 1/2" (not 1") aluminum roof was installed in 2021 (see photo above).
High End Upgrades: During 2021, the following high-end accoutrements were installed in Zephyr: Gerber faucet and shower fixtures in the bathrooms, precision Swiss-made KWC Divo-Arco faucets in kitchen, laundry and garage, and Moen ShowHouse bathroom hardware plus Kichler vanity lights in the bathrooms. In 2022, basswood (not polyvinyl) plantation shutters were installed throughout the home.
Eastern Orientation & Skylights Maximize Natural Light: One thing that homebuyers and renters often overlook or initially undervalue is the dwelling's orientation on the lot. Zephyr's particular lot within Xanadu faces lengthwise directly east to the rising sun over the Atlantic. Building a home on this wide lot delivered the ideal orientation to natural light. Carlin Park Right Next Door: Distinct to northern Xanadu 100 and 200 block homes is privileged adjacency to a massive grass field that makes up the southeastern edge of 120-acre Carlin Park, Jupiter's finest and largest public outdoor space. Without much more than a walk around the corner of Zephyr you'll find yourself in a your huge semi-private backyard. You and the children have instant access to play soccer, football, picnic or have a mega party. Carlin Park is a truly magical place, with six lighted tennis courts, one sand volleyball court, a softball field, outdoor shower and restroom facilities, 26 picnic shelters, picnic pavilions with tables and grills, an exercise course, two bocce courts, a high-end playground, and 3,000 feet of beach frontage. There is no other Jupiter single family home community contiguous with Carlin Park besides Xanadu.
Entertainment, Electronics & Appliance Super-Smart Home: During 2021, installed in Zephyr were a top-of-the-line entertainment and electronics/communications systems. Residents may settle into the smooth leather sofa to watch movies on an 82" Samsung QLED 4K UHD TV, accentuated by a Klipsch/Bose 7.1 Dolby Atmos Surround Sound speaker system. Each room, including bathrooms, kitchen and living room, have an Amazon Alexa Echo installed for in-house and mobile phone communications, and unlimited song choice from Amazon Music. The kitchen has been adorned with the top-of-the-line Samsung appliance suite. This includes a 28 cu. ft., 4-door stainless refrigerator exhibiting a multimedia computer screen. and 6 cu. ft. Flex-Duo range/oven. With internal camera remotely accessed from your phone, check to see if you already have a gallon of milk in the fridge. Load the Amazon Orders screen right on the fridge door to see when your boxes are scheduled for front-door delivery. Start or stop your oven and dishwasher remotely using Samsung Smart Things app on your phone. While watching a movie in the family room, a picture-in-picture box alights on the TV's upper right corner letting you know the oven or dishwasher cycle has ended. Indeed, the entire home is integrated via Smart Things and Alexa apps.
Parking for 2-3 Cars: Zephyr's garage was expanded in 2012 to park two full sized cars (SUVs) with lots of room to spare.* Furthermore, the trapezoidal driveway fits two more full sized cars or three small-moderate sized ones.** Thus, as many as four cars at one time may park on or in front of the property.

To make this happen, amenities have been added that are unavailable at any other Jupiter beach rental. Cruise the beach or head down to Love Street on one of three Zephyr 500W (not 250W) electric bikes: Prodeco Genesis 500, Turboant Swift S1 Fat Tire and sixthreezero Around the Block cruiser; or if you wanna get the heart pumpin', 21-speed sixthreezero cruiser, adult tricycle (w/ basket) and three Decathlon Rockrider ST100 front-suspension 21-speed mountain bikes also are available to our guests. Ultra-luxury Hercules outdoor grill adorns the home's wraparound deck. Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs (4), Decathlon Quechua Instant 2-Second Popup beach tents (2), Litespeed Quick Cabana, Wellfor Beach Tent Canopy Sunshade, Crystal "Glass" Bottom Kayaks (2; $2,000 kayaks), Pyranha kayak, BIC Standup Paddleboards (2), Boogie boards, wakeboards, and water skis also available free to Zephyr residents. When returning from playing with your beach toys, Zephyr's heated outdoor shower is a great first stop to freshen up for the rest of your day. In the event you are a guest with young children/infants, there is no need to haul a travel-crib, high chair, strollers or car seat; all are stored in the garage for guest use.
Laptop Lounge: For the active or semi-retired businessperson, Zephyr provides just what he/she needs to get the job done. Just off the dining area resides the home's "laptop lounge." This countertop and seating area is equipped with a HDMI-connectable 27" LG monitor, HP ScanJet Pro 3500f1 scanner, Brother laser printer, and Boxis 140-sheet autofeed, Microcut paper shredder. Connect to Zephyr's Orbi 860 mesh router (plus two-satellites), delivering extremely fast1.4 Gbps downloads. An array of other business tools and accessories are available so that you need bring nothing with you. If the power goes out in Jupiter, Zephyr comes with the Goal Zero Yeti 3000X portable power station, rechargeable with included solar panel. So, you can keep working, keep the house alit, and keep your food refrigerated/frozen until the power company gets its act together. In the off chance Zephyr's nearly new A/C goes out, we've got you covered until repair arrives with a brand new Whynter 14,000 BTU window unit.
Safety First: Zephyr is protected by a eufy Security motion-and-sound detection security system. This comprehensive network includes full perimeter surveillance via ten (10) exterior cameras; two additional garage cameras watch your car and bikes while unattended. Integrated into the system are three deadbolt locks, each lockable/unlockable remotely, by keycode and custom physical key. All cameras are accessible remotely over the Internet, smart phone and on Zephyr's MBR Android-inherent Sony TV monitor. Parents - from their bedroom - can enjoy their favorite movies/music on the MBR's Denon/Klipsch AV system with on-screen access to cameras screening the kids in all the other rooms.
Love Street Hot Spot 7 Minutes Away: Jupiter's new restaurant hot-spot, Love Street, is a mere seven minute drive north along Ocean Blvd. Dine within football legend Joe Namath's $30 million, three-restaurant, one-market complex that includes high-end seafood purveyor Beacon with its Topside Tiki Bar atop, Square Grouper with its live music and dancing, or raw/oyster bar and beer taproom Lucky Shuck for a pre-dinner cocktail overlooking the Jupiter Inlet. Rental rates (subject to change) are based on four-month minimum term and two adult occupants.

Summer (June - September): $6,900/mo. ($230/day)
